3 tips for cleaning baking trays

Baking trays quickly become encrusted with grease if you don’t clean them after each use. Cooking grills and gas burners are no exception… To maintain them properly and ensure they function properly, we share with you 3 cleaning methods.
How do you clean hobs?

To avoid accumulating dirt after using the hob and its components, it is important to carry out regular maintenance. Cooking grates can be difficult to clean if grease stains get stuck in them over the course of days. To clean them effectively, there is a simple solution.
1. White vinegar

To remove any traces of grease from baking trays, you can use white vinegar. The latter will also allow you to clean the burners of your plates.

How to do?

To do this, heat a liter of white vinegar and salt it.
Dip a cloth in this solution and wipe the racks and the entire baking sheet.
Then clean with a damp cloth. Dry and then replace the grills.

FYI

You can also place the grates in a plastic bag filled with a gallon of white vinegar and let them soak overnight. This effective method allows you to clean them thoroughly without wasting too much time by using a sponge with which you will have to scrub every area affected by dirt.
