For this reason, it is worth including zucchini in your diet. This vegetable is easy to prepare, and it turns out delicious.

You can pickle zucchini, it will turn out no worse than cucumbers.

Ingredients:

  • horseradish leaves;
  • dill umbrellas;
  • currant leaves;
  • cherry leaves;
  • garlic;
  • salt – 3 tbsp. l.;
  • water;
  • zucchini – 3 pcs.

Preparing pickled zucchini:

We cut the peeled zucchini into circles 2-3 cm thick. You can cut the zucchini into half circles.
