Making Homemade Cheese with Lemon and Milk

Who knew that making cheese could be as simple as adding a lemon to boiling milk? Why Lemon and Milk?
Lemon juice is a natural acid that curdles milk, separating the curds (solids) from the whey (liquid). This process is not only fascinating to watch but also produces a deliciously fresh cheese that’s versatile and ready to be added to your favorite dishes.

Ingredients:
1 liter of fresh milk (whole milk works best for a creamier texture)
Juice of 2 large lemons
