A comforting gratin that is simple and easy to make. An original way to offer cauliflower to children and anyone who is not too attracted to this vegetable.
At home, it is enjoyed as an evening meal. Some of the ingredients can be made ahead of time (see using leftover already cooked cauliflower and potatoes).
For a change from the potato tartiflette, accompanied by a green salad.

– 150 g smoked bacon (or not)
– 2 onions
– 1/2 reblochon cheese (or 1 whole)
– salt and pepper
