Recipe 1: Chocolate raspberry cake in a jar
Ingredients:

For the chocolate cake:

150 g flour

50 g Kakaopulver

1 TL Backpulver

1/2 TL Natron

150 g sugar

100 ml vegetable oil

200 ml milk (or plant-based milk)

1 TL Vanilleextrakt

For the raspberry cream:

200 g fresh or frozen raspberries

2 THE Zucker

200 g Mascarpone
-
Stir the quark in a bowl with powdered sugar, lemon zest and lemon juice until smooth.

Beat the whipped cream until stiff and carefully fold into the quark mixture.
