Small cake cakes in a glass – without condensed milk and gelatine!

Recipe 1: Chocolate raspberry cake in a jar
Ingredients:
  • For the chocolate cake:
    • 150 g flour
    • 50 g Kakaopulver
    • 1 TL Backpulver
    • 1/2 TL Natron
    • 150 g sugar
    • 100 ml vegetable oil
    • 200 ml milk (or plant-based milk)
    • 1 TL Vanilleextrakt
  • For the raspberry cream:
    • 200 g fresh or frozen raspberries
    • 2 THE Zucker
    • 200 g Mascarpone
    • Stir the quark in a bowl with powdered sugar, lemon zest and lemon juice until smooth.
    • Beat the whipped cream until stiff and carefully fold into the quark mixture.
