A simple tip that helped me save 10 cubic meters of water per month

Lately I’ve been thinking about our electric bills, especially after finding out that our home’s water usage is significantly higher than average. According to statistics, a person usually uses about 5 cubic meters of water per month, but our numbers were different.
It all started when I posted about how I contacted the water authority about a false receipt that said we used 140 cubic meters of water in a month. The error was corrected and it turned out that our actual consumption was 47 cubic meters, which seemed incredibly high for three people.
Thinking about this, I decided to check for myself how our meter worked. I did it in a simple way: I remembered the last digit of the meter, poured three liters of water into a glass and checked the changes. The measuring device worked perfectly.
