After making this recipe, it’s now on the menu every week at my house

– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 1 bunch of asparagus
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
– 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 3 slices mozzarella cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish.
3. Trim the ends of the asparagus and place them on top of the chicken breasts. Add cheese if desired.
4. Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken and asparagus.
5. Sprinkle the garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper over the chicken and asparagus.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
7. Serve and enjoy!
