Baked Potatoes with Garlic and Butter Recipe

Preheat your oven to 190-200°C.

Wash and dry the potatoes. Cut them into quarters or slices, whichever you prefer.

Peel and finely chop the garlic.

In a bowl, mix the melted butter with the chopped garlic.

Arrange the potato wedges or slices in a baking dish.

Brush the potatoes with the melted butter and garlic mixture.

Sprinkle with oregano and drizzle the olive oil over the potatoes.

Season with salt to taste.

Place the dish in the oven and cook for 50 to 60 minutes, removing the potatoes from the oven every 15 minutes to turn them and brush them again with oil.

The potatoes are ready when they are golden and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Serve hot and enjoy!
