Bread without oven

1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, chemical yeast, salt and sugar.

2. Add the warm milk and vegetable oil to the dry mixture. Start mixing with a wooden spoon or spatula until the ingredients are combined.

3. 3. Knead the dough onto the work surface slightly floured for about 5 to 7 minutes or until the dough is smooth and elastic.

4. Divide the dough into smaller portions, depending on the size of the breads you want to make.

5. Using a baking roller, spread each portion of dough in a uniform circle. If you wish, you can make round breads or shape them in ovals.

6. Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. No need to add oil.

7. Place a circle of dough in the hot frying pan and cook for about 2-3 minutes, or until you see bubbles on top and the bottom is golden.

8. Turn the bread up and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes on the other side, until it is golden and well cooked.

9. Repeat the process with the remaining portions of dough.

10. Once cooked, remove the breads from the frying pan and allow them to cool slightly before serving.

You can taste these breads in a frying pan with butter, olive oil, jam, cheese or other ingredients of your choice. Good, a little bit.
