By having this dough in the refrigerator, you will always have fresh baked goods for breakfast.

Cover the bowl with the dough with a towel and place it in a warm place for 10-15 minutes so that the yeast activates.

When the dough is ready, add vegetable oil and salt.

Gradually add the sifted flour and knead the dough. Don’t add all the flour at once, as flour varies in moisture and you may need a little less or more.

Knead the dough until it comes away from your hands and the sides of the bowl. The dough should be soft, elastic and not very dense.

Grease a clean bowl with vegetable oil, transfer the dough into it, cover with cling film or a towel. Then place it in a warm place for 40-50 minutes to rise.

The dough should increase 2-3 times.

Place the leavened dough on the table or on a cutting board and you can immediately start any cooking.

You can bake cakes and tarts with any filling.

You can bake sandwiches, garlic donuts, pizza.

The dough turns out very soft, elastic, shape it and bake whatever you want.
