Cheesy Parmesan Mozzarella Bites

 

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, all-purpose flour, baking powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well to evenly distribute the ingredients.

3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.

4. Add the beaten eggs to the cheese mixture and stir until a dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, you can add a little more flour.

5. Using your hands, roll small portions of the dough into bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the bites are golden brown and crispy on the outside.

7. Remove from the oven and let the bites cool slightly before serving.

8. Serve the cheesy Parmesan mozzarella bites warm, with marinara sauce for dipping if desired.
