How to Prepare Chicken Casserole for Your Guests

  1. In a large pan on the stove, add the chicken broth, chopped garlic, and onion.
  2. Place the chicken in the mixture and bring it to a boil.
  3. Once it starts boiling, lower the heat and cover. Let it cook for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove the chicken from the broth and shred it into small pieces. Set aside, keeping the broth for later.
  5. Melt the butter and pour it over the stuffing in a bowl. Mix in a large pot.
  6. Blend the sour cream and chicken broth together using a hand mixer, then mix in the cream of chicken soup.
  7. Place the stuffing at the bottom of a baking dish, then layer the chicken on top.
  8. Next, add the broccoli on top of the chicken.
  9. Pour the mixed soup over the dish and sprinkle some of the stuffing on top.
  10. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
