400g wheat flour
22 centiliters (220ml) water
1/2 teaspoon salt

1 garlic clove, chopped
100g green onions, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce

Step 1: Prepare the Dough
Dilute Salt in Water:
In a small bowl, dissolve 1/2 teaspoon of salt in 22 centiliters (220ml) of water.
