- In a saucepan, add the milk and sugar and cook on a low heat until the sugar is dissolved. Add the butter and vanilla extract and cook over medium heat until it turns yellow and thicker.
- Transfer it to the bowl, sieve the cocoa powder, mix it and add the cocoa powder again.
- Cover with plastic foil and refrigerate for 40 minutes.
- Sprinkle with cocoa powder and cut into pieces.
