Instructions:
- In a very large bowl, mix together the cereals and pretzels.
- In a heavy-bottomed pot, combine the butter, sugar, and corn syrup.
- Heat the mixture until it reaches the soft ball stage (234°F) on a candy thermometer.
- Pour the hot mixture over the cereal and pretzels, mixing to coat evenly.
- Immediately spread the mixture onto foil or baking sheets that have been sprayed with cooking spray.
- Allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
Note: You can add peanuts, mini marshmallows, or almonds if desired, but it’s pretty perfect as is!
