Cobb Salad with the Best Vinaigrette

Lettuce can be rinsed and dried ahead of time (a salad spinner works best) and then refrigerated until ready to use.
Avocado should be sliced shortly before serving, as it tends to discolor when in contact with air.

Chicken breast can be pre-cooked and refrigerated (or use the meat of a store-bought rotisserie chicken to save time).
The bacon can be browned ahead of time. Drain on paper towels and refrigerate until ready to use.
Eggs can be prepared several days in advance. Hard-boil the eggs and refrigerate until ready to use.
This Cobb Chicken Salad is easy to make, but it certainly looks great when served. Everything is good in this salad! This homemade version takes the Chick Fil a Cobb Salad and Cheesecake Factory Salad out of the water.
