Compote Mojito and Fanta from apples, raspberries and apricots for the winter!

Pour the liquid from all the cans into a saucepan, add 250 grams of sugar and put on fire. Cook for 5-10 minutes, then pour back into the jars. Roll up the jars with lids, wrap them in a towel and leave until completely cool.
Apricot Fanta
Wash the apricots, cut them in half, remove the pits. Evenly distribute the apricot halves among 3 jars, also add 3-4 orange slices, 1-2 lemons (remove the pits from the orange and lemon) and a sprig of mint to each jar.
Pour boiling water, cover the jars with lids and wait 15-20 minutes. Then drain the liquid from all the jars, add 250 grams of sugar again, stir and cook for 5-10 minutes.
