Cream Pie Meshaltet 🧡

In a bowl, put the flour, sugar and salt and mix them together, then add the water gradually and knead everything well until we get a soft dough and leave it for half an hour to rest.
We divide the dough into small balls, then roll out each ball until it becomes thin and brush it with the oil and butter mixture, and so on until we finish all the dough.
We arrange half of the circles on top of each other to get one circle, then the other half on top of each other to get two equal pies. We roll out each pie separately, then twist it and roll it to get a spiral shape.
We roll out the pie (spiral) then place it in a tray greased with butter and oil and leave the edges on the side of the tray.
We put the cream and spread it over the pie, then we put the second pie and close the sides of the dough.
We put the tray in the oven at medium heat until it is cooked and takes on a golden color.
We pour syrup or honey over the pie and serve with health and comfort
