Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of grated fresh ginger
2 celery stalks
1 cup of fresh tomato juice Juice
of half a lemon
Pinch of hot pepper
Preparation:
Put all the ingredients, except the celery stalks, in the blender and blend until the mixture is homogeneous. Pour the mixture into a glass and add the celery stalks. If you’re preparing more than one serving, you can make it ahead of time and store it in the fridge.
Consume this drink three times a day between meals, and you’ll start noticing great results within three days.
