Delicious recipe for baked salmon with honey and garlic

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, melted butter, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt and pepper.

Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the honey-garlic mixture on each fillet.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and has a nice golden glaze.

Garnish with lemon slices and fresh parsley before serving.
