Easy Shrimp and Sausage Jambalaya!

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, red pepper and chopped garlic. Fry them until they are tender.

2️⃣ Add the sausage rounds to the pan and brown them lightly.

3️⃣ Add the peeled shrimp to the pan and cook them until they turn pink.

4️⃣ Add the rice to the pan and mix well so that it is coated in the flavors.

5️⃣ Pour the crushed tomatoes into the pan. Season with paprika, thyme, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Mix.

6️⃣ Reduce the heat, cover the pan and simmer for about 20 minutes until the rice is cooked and the flavors blend.

7️⃣ Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Notes 💡:
