3.Make the sauce: peel and chop the shallots.

4.Place the yoghurt in a bowl, add the mustard, parsley, shallots, salt and pepper

5.Whisk well.

6.Mix all the ingredients, add the sauce, mix again. Sprinkle the top of the salad with the golden sesame seeds.
