Melt the yeast in the water and pour into the flour. Add sugar, butter, cream cheese, and salt. Make a dough and let it rest for 2 hours.
Then, divide it into a few balls and cover for 20 minutes. Then make the brioche and cut on it. Leave for another 20 minutes and bake at 356°F (180°) for 35 minutes.
