Fried rolls with apples

 

Beat together the egg, milk, sugar and baking powder.
Mix the flour and baking powder and add to the liquids. Knead the dough until smooth.
Let the dough rest for 1 hour, then roll it out into a rectangle.
Place the apple slices on top, roll up tightly and cut into pieces.
Fry apple rolls for 3 minutes per side or until golden brown. Roll in sugar before serving.
