Healthy Lemon Garlic Salmon
Ingredients:

4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, sliced
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried oregano (or fresh if available)
1 teaspoon dried thyme (or fresh if available)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
Instructions:

1. Prepare the Salmon:
Preheat Oven or Skillet:

Oven: Preheat to 400°F (200°C).
Skillet: Heat a non-stick or cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.
Season Salmon:

Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Rub both sides of the fillets with olive oil.
Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and thyme.
2. Cook the Salmon:
Oven Method:

Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
Top each fillet with minced garlic and a few lemon slices.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
