Homemade garlic rolls: the tastiest alternative to regular bread!

Mix flour, sugar, salt and instant yeast in a bowl.
Pour in the milk and add an egg.
Knead the dough with a mixer for 5 minutes. Cover with a cloth and let rest for 20 minutes.
Add the soft butter and garlic and continue kneading until an elastic dough forms.
Place the dough in a bowl greased with oil, cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Place the dough on a work surface, shape into a square and divide into 25 pieces. Roll each piece into a ball, cover and let rest for 15 minutes.
Press the dough ball a little harder by folding in the edges and placing it in a greased mold. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the garlic butter: In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, dried parsley and melted butter and mix well.
Brush the top of the risen buns with garlic butter and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C/350°F for 15-17 minutes.
While the rolls are still warm, spread some garlic butter on them and enjoy!
