Preparation:
1. Slice the lemon zest and place it in a container.
2. Add a liter of alcohol and let it rest for 15 days.
3. Boil water, add sugar and let it dissolve.
4. Let cool and add to the lemon zest.
5. Let it rest for an hour.
6. Filter the limoncello and fill the bottles.
7. Store in the refrigerator.
