How do you bake bread without an oven?

Then take a bowl and pour in the water, sourdough and yeast. Mix everything well until everything is well combined. Then add the flour and salt, then mix again. Then start kneading your dough, taking care to grasp a small amount in your hand each time to ensure that air is incorporated. Then let your dough rest in the pre-oiled bowl for 45 minutes.

Then take the dough out of the bowl and place it on a work surface. Feel free to lightly flour the surface to prevent the dough from sticking. Then form a ball by bringing the edges inwards without overworking it.

Then take the casserole dish and fold the parchment paper into the inner edges. Make sure that the paper covers the entire casserole dish. Place your dough in it and let it rest for another 1h30, without putting the lid on.

Then make slashes on top of your dough to promote puffing, then close the casserole dish again. Bake your bread for 35 minutes at 250°C. Take it out immediately after baking and remove the parchment paper to prevent the crust from softening.

There you go! Your bread is ready to serve!
