Add the sifted flour and milk to the mixture and beat.
In another bowl, beat the 3 egg whites with a pinch of salt, beat until stiff.
Add the egg whites to the previous mixture, mix well.
Divide the dough in half and separate it into two containers.
To one of the parts, add the cocoa powder and mix well.
