My hubby can’t stop eating these! He literally doesn’t believe me when I tell him they are low-carb

 

Instructions:

1. Melt butter and unsweetened chocolate over low heat.
2. Add vanilla and sweetener, mix well.
3. Pour chocolate mixture over softened cream cheese.
4. Blend with a hand mixer for 2 minutes or so.
5. Pour into a greased 8×6 pan. Freeze and cut into squares.
