Pork ribs with garlic: the recipe to make them tasty and juicy

Season the meat with salt, pepper and the aromatic herbs you like best.
In a large pan, heat some olive oil and fry the meat over high heat.
Add the whole peeled garlic cloves.
Reduce the heat and cook until the meat is browned.
Remove the oil from the bottom of the pan and pour in the white wine. Allow the alcohol to evaporate for 1 minute.
Now add the water, put a lid and leave to cook over medium heat for about 40 minutes.
Sprinkle with some chopped fresh parsley and serve.
