Potato and chicken gratin recipe:

To begin preparation, peel and clean the potatoes. Cut the potatoes into thin slices. Arrange the potato rounds in a buttered casserole dish.
Heat to 180°C (gas mark 6). Cut the onion into thin slices and cut the chicken breasts into cubes. Heat the oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion. Then stir in the chicken and simmer until browned.
Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to the potatoes. Dropping with the cream and grated cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
For the last 5 minutes, switch to grill mode. Serve the gratin piping hot with a good dose of green salad. Your potato and chicken gratin is now ready to wow everyone.
