SAUTÉED CHICKEN WITH SOY SAUCE

Ingredients
For the marinade:
50 ml soy sauce
2 tablespoons of honey
1 tablespoon hot buttermilk sauce
1 tablespoon of mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
For the chicken:
400 gr of chicken breast
1 white onion cut into julienne
1 red pepper cut into julienne
1 green pepper cut into julienne
1 carrot cut into thin strips
1 sprig of drizzled chives
