Slow Cooker Chipotle Beef

Instructions:

  1. Before placing the flank steak in a 6-quart slow cooker, generously season both sides of the meat with salt.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the chipotle peppers and adobo sauce with beef broth. Stir well to mix.
