To bake lemon cake:

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Mix flour and baking powder in a bowl.

Add sugar, oil, milk, lemon zest and lemon juice and mix everything to form a smooth dough.

Pour the dough into a greased baking pan and bake for about 25-30 minutes. Let cool and cut into small pieces.
