Small cake cakes in a glass – without condensed milk and gelatine!

    • 200 g Quark (20% Fat)
    • 200 g whipped cream
    • 50 g powdered sugar
    • Zest of 1 lemon
    • Juice of 1/2 lemon
    Preparation:
    1. To bake lemon cake:
      • Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
      • Mix flour and baking powder in a bowl.
      • Add sugar, oil, milk, lemon zest and lemon juice and mix everything to form a smooth dough.
      • Pour the dough into a greased baking pan and bake for about 25-30 minutes. Let cool and cut into small pieces.
