Tagine of minced meat, peas and potatoes

Step: 1
First of all, prepare the minced meatballs:

Toss the meat with parsley, salt, pepper, paprika, a little olive oil and the pepper puree.

Form the meatballs and set aside.

Step: 2
Then, in a tagine or other, sauté the chopped red onion with the garlic in a drizzle of olive oil.

Add the meatballs and brown for a few minutes.

Step: 3
Then add the frozen peas and potatoes cut into small cubes.

Season with salt and pepper, ginger, turmeric and cumin.

Toss gently.

Step: 4
Finally add the water and simmer over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, covered.

A few minutes before the end of cooking, add a little parsley and chopped coriander
