Ingredients :
100g sugar
10 g (0.35 oz) agar agar
50 ml (1/5 cup) water
250 ml (1 cup) milk
250 ml (1 cup) cream
Fresh fruit of your choice for garnish (e.g. strawberries, kiwis, berries, etc.)

Instructions :
Prepare the jelly mixture: In a small saucepan, mix 100g sugar and 10g agar-agar. Gradually add 50 ml of water until everything is well mixed.
