Recipe: Hasselback Scalloped Potatoes
Ingredients:
– 2 pounds baby potatoes
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves, plus extra for garnish
– 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
– 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Butter for greasing
Instructions:
