Ultra juicy, layered meat with an addictive factor

First, season the slices of meat and arrange them vertically, alternating them with the onions, cheese and ham, in a baking dish as narrow as possible.

Then gently blend the cups of cream and distribute them over the layers of meat, add the grated cheese on top and cook in the oven at 170° for 50-60 minutes, depending on the meat.

When the meat is cooked you can drain and thicken the broth or leave it as is.

Glazed potatoes, spätzle or dumplings and a salad go perfectly together.

(You can use any meat, beef works too, but it takes a little longer.)
