Vegetable rice – Very easy and quick to make

1. Cut all the vegetables into small cubes. Chop the garlic very, very small.
2. Heat a frying pan or paella frying pan and fry the vegetables in this order: garlic, onion, carrot, paprika. Add a teaspoon of salt and a pinch of pepper.
3. 3. Let it frhop for a few minutes and release some juice.
4. Add the rice cup and a half, mix well and add the peas and 3 cups of water.
5. Stir a little and let it boil.
6. When the water starts to dry and only bubbles remain on the rice grains, put the heat down to a minimum and cover your saucepan.
7. Allow to cook for about 10 to 15 minutes.
8. Check that the grain is ready, and if you do, remove from the fire, leave it to stand for a few minutes and serve your delicious rice with vegetables.

Pea rice recipe is a perfect dish for all seasons because it is an easy meal to prepare and does not take much time.
