Ingredients:
12 corn tortillas
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup corn kernels
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 jar of salsa
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon of cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Sour cream for serving
