For mojito and Fanta compote (3 recipes, 9 cans in total), prepare the following ingredients:
1.5 kg apples;
1.5-2 kg raspberries;
1.5 kg apricots;
a bunch of fresh mint;
2 lemons and 2 oranges;
250 grams of sugar for every 3 jars (750 grams in total).
Raspberry mojito
Prepare 3 clean, sterilized jars with lids. To each add 500 grams of raspberries, 4 slices of lemon (remove the seeds) and a sprig of fresh mint. Pour boiling water, cover with lids and leave for 20 minutes.
