Ingredients:
2 cups (250 g) of wheat flour
1 teaspoon of chemical yeast
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
3/4 cup (180 ml) hot milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Preparening oven-free bread is possible with a stove or cast-iron cooking pot. The process consists in kneading the dough, leaving it and then baking it on a gentle fire with a lid.
