Vegetable rice – Very easy and quick to make

Vegetable rice is one of those classic and delicious recipes that anyone can prepare at home, it’s so simple. You don’t need rare, extravagant or hard-to-find ingredients, everything you have in the refrigerator will do.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup rice
  • 3 cups of vegetable broth, you can also use water
  • 1/2 medium-sized onion
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 of pepper
  • 1/2 cup green peas
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to be snacked
  • Olive oil
