Amber apple jam according to grandma’s recipe “we can’t get enough of it in winter”!

The apple jam turns out simply amber, honey-like – the apple pieces are transparent and dense. Jam is great as a filling for baked goods, as an addition to desserts and cakes.

Ingredients:

  • apples, 1.5 kg;
  • soda, 3 tsp;
  • water, 3 l.

For the syrup:

  • water, 200 ml;
  • sugar, 800 g;
  • lemon juice, 2 tbsp
