- Flour – approximately 900-1000 g
- Acqua – 500ml
- Fresh yeast – 30 g or dry yeast 10 g
- Vegetable oil – 50 ml
- Sugar – 1 tbsp. L
- Salt – 1 tsp
Step by step photo recipe
First let’s prepare the dough. Crumble the fresh yeast.
Add sugar and grind with a spoon into a liquid mixture.
Pour in all the water, the water must be lukewarm, never boiling.
Add 100 g of flour from the total norm.
Mix the mixture well with a whisk so that there are no lumps.
