Easy Shrimp and Sausage Jambalaya!
Ingredients :
1 cup long grain rice
250 g peeled shrimp
2 smoked sausages (choose a pork-free alternative if necessary), cut into rounds
1 chopped onion
1 red pepper, diced
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 can of crushed tomatoes (400 g)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to your preference)
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
