How do you bake bread without an oven?

In some situations, you may want to enjoy good bread when you don’t have a bakery nearby and no oven handy. In this case, there is still the solution of bread without an oven.

Yes! It’s actually possible. We’re going to introduce you to two recipes that use two different cooking equipment, a casserole dish and a pan. The first method makes it possible to obtain well-puffed bread while the second allows you to produce a rather flat, but more complete bread.
Recipe for bread baked in a casserole
dish For this casserole bread recipe, you will need:

150g wheat flour and 100g corn
flour 200ml water
50g sourdough starter
3g baker’s yeast
5g salt
A little olive
oil Start by heating the water. First, you need 160ml of water at 20°C. So plan a larger quantity to have the remaining 40ml. As a reminder, 160ml of water corresponds to 160g, an important indication if you only have a scale rather than a measuring container.
