Preparing aromatic baked potatoes at home allows you to enjoy the great taste of a simple but delicious dish.

Potatoes turn into a real delicacy: on the inside they become tender and soft, and on the outside they gain an attractive golden skin.

The aroma of garlic makes this dish simply irresistible. This recipe is my favorite and is sure to please all members of the family.

We choose small potatoes; I use the « Mini » variety. Wash them thoroughly, peel them and throw them into the pot. If you have large potatoes, simply cut them into pieces. New potatoes that do not need to be peeled will also work great. Pour in enough cold water to cover the potatoes, add a teaspoon of salt. Put the pot on the fire and wait for it to boil. Remove the foam and after the boil begins, cook for exactly three minutes – it is important not to overcook.

The next step is to prepare an aromatic dressing. In a separate container, mix three tablespoons of vegetable oil, half a teaspoon of salt, paprika, Provencal herbs, finely chopped garlic and pepper to taste. Stir and combine with the potatoes so that the dressing coats each piece evenly. Place the potatoes in a baking dish in a single layer and add the butter pieces.
