Marble Cake

Ingredients:

250 grams wheat flour
125 grams butter
4 eggs
150 grams sugar
15 grams cocoa powder
3 teaspoons baking powder
50 ml milk
1 pinch salt

Preparation:

First, we’re going to grease the pan that we’re going to use with butter and then we’re going to sprinkle flour on it.

In a bowl, we will mix the flour with the baking powder, sifted.

In the blender, we will beat the butter (at room temperature) with the sugar, until the mixture is whitish and smooth.

Gradually add 3 egg yolks and a whole egg to the sugar mixture and continue beating.

Set the remaining whites aside.
